Are you already counting the days until Christmas? December is the time of the year when all that Christmas Madness really starts showing up everywhere; you can find all kinds of exciting Christmas campaigns running in many places (check out the details for ours here) and of course all our favorite game providers are pumping out Christmas themed games too. Jingle Ways Megaways is one of those, a brand new release from Red Tiger – and this one is actually quite good!
Overview
Jingle Ways Megaways delivers exactly what you would expect from a slot named like that, and it does it all really well. It is a Christmas slot utilizing the super popular Megaways-mechanic with a 6 reel layout and possibility to get up to 117,649 winways.
The graphic look of the game clearly takes its inspiration from Santa’s workshop, as your reels are lined with christmassy décor and shelves full of Christmas gifts. The man himself, Santa Claus, has an important role in the game too, as he can randomly appear on your reels during any spin to give you some sweet surprises. When the Santa’s Gift feature triggers you get to open a Christmas gift, which will randomly give you one of the possible game modifiers;
Mega Wilds: Gives you up to four Mega Wild symbols covering the whole reel with a win multiplier up to 7x. The Wilds can only appear on your four middle reels.
Festive Reels: Gives you a guaranteed win with higher value symbols, as all low-value symbols are removed.
Raining Wilds: Gives you random wilds on your four middle reels and guarantees a win.
Multiplier Boost: Can only trigger during Free Spin feature increasing your win multiplier by 5.
Santa’s Gift can also trigger the Free Spin feature directly, however this can also be triggered more traditional way if you land a minimum of three Snow Globe Scatters anywhere on your reels. The Free Spin feature will start with 8 free spins and 1x win multiplier if you landed exactly three scatters, with each additional scatter giving +2 extra spins. The win multiplier will grow with +1 for each cascading win during the feature and is capped at 15x.

We actually really enjoyed playing this game, and feel like this is definitely one of the better Christmas themed slots out there. Megaways-titles are always exciting with the changing number of winways you land on each spin, and that alone kept us well entertained but the gift throwing Santa is a nice addition on top of it.
