The older generation of players probably need no introduction of Michael Knight or his talking car KITT. Played by the legendary David Hasselhoff himself, Knight Rider was a super-popular 80s TV-series that has since reached a proper cult classic status. And now NetEnt brings the classic to casinos in the form of an exciting slot!
Overview
The layout of the game is pretty conventional; you have five reels with four rows in each of them, creating a total of 26 winlines. Perhaps the most important feature of the game comes within its Wild-symbols, as they always land with a win multiplier attached according to the reel they landed on. This means that Wild-symbol landing on the second reel will have win multiplier of 2x, Wild landing on fourth reel will have multiplier of 4x and so on.
Additionally when a Wild-symbol is a part of a win, it will stay on your reels but move one reel to the right for the next spin. This affects the multiplier of it too, so a Wild with 2x multiplier from the second reel will move to the third reel and get 3x multiplier instead. If multiple Wild-symbols are part of a win, their multipliers will be multiplied with each other. There is also a Turbo Boost feature which can trigger randomly during the base game and add 3-4 new Wild-symbols to your reels.
The game also has a Free Spin feature, which can be triggered with three Knight Rider -symbols that can only land on reels 2-4. The feature always starts with 10 free spins, but during the feature there are special Knight-symbols which are collected in the meter shown on the left side of your reels. Every three Knight-symbols collected will award you with +2 extra free spins and +1 extra wild. The meter can be filled total of three times for a maximum of +6 extra spins and +3 extra wilds.

We can totally admit to being huge Knight Rider fans, so when the Knight Rider theme song started playing upon opening the slot for the first time, we were already totally sold and enjoying the nostalgia trip to the fullest.
