Remember Nolimit City‘s Outsourced where the crew was hard at work in a factory? Now it’s time for a new job. Outsourced 2 takes you to a construction site, where the machinery isn’t exactly reliable and the building methods are questionable, to say the least.
Let’s see how the work is coming along.
Overview
Outsourced 2 is played on a 4×5 grid with 625 ways to win. Winning combinations form when three or more matching symbols land on adjacent reels from left to right, beginning on the leftmost reel.
The game has an RTP of up to 96.04%, high volatility and a maximum win of 11,111x the bet.
Key Features
Print Spins
Every winning combination can start a sequence of Print Spins. Once a win has been paid, its symbols disappear and new symbols drop into the empty positions.
Each position involved in a win receives a multiplier that increases by +1 with every subsequent Print Spin in which that position forms part of another win.
The process continues for as long as new winning combinations form. Once there are no more wins, the Print Spins end.
Infectious xWays symbols can also interact with these position multipliers. If an xWays symbol occupies a multiplied position, its revealed symbol size is multiplied by the multiplier on that position when calculating the win.
Infectious xWays
An Infectious xWays symbol reveals either a regular paying symbol with a size of 2 to 4 or a blocker with no value.
When a paying symbol is revealed, all other instances of that same symbol on the grid are also infected and increase to a size between 2 and 4.
If several Infectious xWays symbols appear together, they all target the same paying symbol.
xNudge Balkan Wilds
xNudge Balkan Wilds can land anywhere on the grid and may nudge by as many as 999 steps.
Every step increases that Wild’s multiplier by +1. When several xNudge Balkan Wilds contribute to a win, their multipliers are added together to create the total win multiplier.
There is one catch: the Wild can malfunction. When that happens, it remains a regular 1×1 Wild instead of nudging and increasing its multiplier.
Elevator Symbols
Elevator symbols behave differently depending on where they appear.
In the base game, an Elevator reveals either an instant bonus mode or a blocker symbol.
During the bonus rounds, Elevator symbols can instead award 1, 2 or 7 additional spins, or reveal a blocker.
Tilt Spins
Landing 3 Scatter symbols triggers 4 Tilt Spins.
Any symbol multipliers created during the triggering base-game spin are carried into the bonus rather than starting again from scratch.
Landing 4 Scatters triggers the stronger Tiltier Spins feature with 7 spins. The same multiplier persistence applies.
xTra Spin
After certain rounds, players may be offered an xTra Spin.
Buying the additional spin preserves the symbol multipliers from the previous round. Its price depends on the current state of the grid, and the option is only offered when its cost is no greater than the win from the preceding spin.
Nolimit Boosters and Bonus Buys
Outsourced 2 includes several optional ways to modify the game or access its features directly.
The Bonus Booster (1.35x) makes Free Spins three times more likely to trigger, while the Balkan Bonus Booster (13.5x) increases the chance by 20 times.
Several enhanced Print Spin options are also available:
- Print Spins x3 (15x) starts all positions with x3 multipliers.
- Printier Spins x6 (200x) starts all positions with x6 multipliers.
- Printiest Spins x8 (750x) starts all positions with x8 multipliers.
Players can buy 4 Tilt Spins for 80x or 7 Tiltier Spins for 390x. A 50/50 option for 235x provides a chance to access the higher bonus.
Filthiest Spins (999x) awards 7 spins that work like Tiltier Spins but begin with x2 multipliers on every position.
God Mode
At the highest end of the feature options is God Mode, which costs 1,111x the bet.
If the letters B, O, O and M appear together, the game’s maximum win of 11,111x is awarded.
These symbols are not exclusive to God Mode. They can also appear naturally during the base game or bonus features, where collecting all four has the same result.
Chanz Verdict
The first Outsourced was built around a chaotic factory. Outsourced 2 sends its workforce into construction instead, which gives Nolimit City plenty of opportunities for unreliable machinery, questionable workmanship and things that do not operate quite as intended. Even the xNudge Balkan Wild can simply malfunction instead of doing its job.
The grid has grown to 4×5, but Print Spins remain at the centre of the game. Repeated wins increase the multipliers on individual positions, so a sequence can become more valuable when new combinations continue to use the same parts of the grid.
The new special symbols give those sequences more ways to develop. Infectious xWays can increase the size of matching symbols across the grid, while xNudge Balkan Wilds bring their own growing multipliers. The possibility of a Wild malfunctioning is an unusual touch and fits the deliberately unreliable construction-site theme particularly well.
